Terms of Use

• Using the platform for personal cooking and learning, and reasonable commercial use (such as drawing inspiration for your restaurant menu), is allowed.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful activity.
• Do not impersonate others or use the contact tools for spam or misleading messages.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data that are not meant for you.

We provide the platform in good faith and keep working to improve it, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, interruptions or omissions. The service is provided "as-is" and "as available", and we may modify or discontinue parts of it at any time.

Every recipe passes the full automated checks before publishing (see the editorial policy), but cooking results vary with local ingredients, equipment and skill. Nutrition values are estimates. Food-safety responsibility — proper storage, thorough cooking, allergen checks — is yours. How values are computed and the known limits are documented in the recipe methodology, and any error you find can be reported under the corrections policy.

• You are responsible for cooking decisions you make based on the platform's content, and for verifying critical information when needed.
• You are responsible for content you send through the contact form and for having the rights to it.

The assistant is a helping tool: its answers may contain errors, and generated suggestions may not fit your dietary needs. Verify any assistant answer yourself before relying on it for sensitive decisions (allergies, health conditions, cooking for others). The limits are documented in the recipe methodology.

The platform builds its catalog with substantial effort, so we prohibit:

• Automated scraping at scale to copy or republish the catalog.
• Dense automated requests or attacks aimed at slowing down or disrupting the platform.
• Using the platform to train AI models without prior agreement.

Normal use (browsing, searching, cooking, saving for personal use) is always welcome. If you want to use content commercially or at scale, write to us under "Partnership" in the contact form.

Platform content (recipe texts, design, software, images we own or license) is protected by intellectual property rights, and using the platform does not grant you a license to copy or republish it commercially. Content you send us through the forms remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to use it to reply and improve the platform.

Pages may link to external sites (ingredient stores, sharing platforms, reference sources). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access for users who violate these terms (such as automated scraping or attacks), without prior notice when technically necessary to protect the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform, including cooking outcomes or reliance on assistant answers. Our total liability in all cases does not exceed what applicable law allows — this is a moderate clause that does not disclaim obligations that cannot be disclaimed by law in your region.

We may update these terms when the platform changes. We show the last-updated date at the top of the page, and material changes are published in the updated version here.
